EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Adam Dobson served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania from 2001-2002. He taught in both secondary and primary school and developed an HIV/AIDS program for the school community. Afterwards he worked as a legal assistant in a small Boston firm until he enrolled in an Msc program in urbanism and development at the London School of Economics. He currently researches street children for JUCONI, an NGO in Puebla, Mexico that is pioneering methods in helping street living children to reintegrate into society. CLERK Joel Boutin served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania from 2000-2002. During his tenure, he developed campaigns with a focus on HIV/AIDS outreach and education, and water and sanitation improvement projects in the rural areas of Iringa region. Upon returning from Tanzania, he served as a secondary school teacher in Lawrence, MA until his admission to Boston University where he earned his Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in International Health. TREASURER Tim Hogan lived for two years in the Southwest corner of Tanzania just outside the city of Songea. He taught high school Mathematics and Health at Songea Boys Secondary School and was also involved in various health initiatives in Songea and the surrounding villages that were mainly focused on HIV education and access to clean water. He is currently studying medicine and public health at Tufts medical school and intends to return to Africa after his studies under the auspices of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) or the World Health Organization (WHO).
